House Rules
Check-in: Normal Check In time starts at 4pm, but we can accommodate later Check Ins because you have the keys in the key safe. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The following rules have been established based not only on industry standard, but on our personal experience of operating Lanzaroteando Holidays with all its properties.
Check-out: Checkout time is before midday, at 11am o’clock.
Room keys on departure: Please leave the house keys in the key safe.
Lost key or damage to locks: The cost for replacement of lost keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of € 50,00 for lost keys and € 100,00 for lock replacement to be paid immediately.
Smoking: Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. This is a strong warning!
Refunds: There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns fan, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the house owner has no control.
Valuables, security and storage: The management is not responsible for lost items. Please lock the doors when you leave. Please keep the house secure and lock doors and windows when you leave the property.
Toilets: No toilet paper, cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage!
Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen but, please, clean the kitchen after using it. !!No rubbish is left in the property. Everything in the kitchen are left clean, as you found them. All washing up is completed!!

General incapacity
* Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the house;
* Industrial actions, civil uprising or criminal activity;
* Fire, frost, flooding, wind or any other force major event.
Environmental Policy
* Switching off lights when not in use;
* Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use and avoid unnecessary waste of water;
* Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!;
* We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass;
