Lanzaroteando Holidays is a small business that takes great care and satisfaction offering ‘the personal touch’, so often lacking with larger companies. We are used to do the check in and like to visit our guests whenever possible, as we feel the feedback from them, is a very important factor for a successful business.

Our intentions to make sure that each holiday let runs as smoothly as possible, resulting in clients wishing to re-book the following year, and recommend your property to others.

Lanzaroteando Holidays offers the perfect solution for an excellent property management of your holiday home. We would like to assist you in converting your holiday property into a very interesting business. We have established a remarkable reputation in Lanzarote with our properties we directly manage and rent.

We take care of your property during the whole year by organizing monthly checks, general maintenance, gardening and pool maintenance if you have a villa, payments, cleaning and much more. Let us manage all aspects for your vacation rental property so you can sit back, relax, and generate income without the worry. Our commission based model works well for all. Remember: if you aren’t making money, neither are we! This is our first rule :-)

Rules

House Rules 

Check-in: Normal Check In time starts at 4pm, but we can accommodate later Check Ins because you have the keys in the key safe. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The following rules have been established based not only on industry standard, but on our personal experience of operating Lanzaroteando Holidays with all its properties.

Check-out:  Checkout time is before midday, at 11am o’clock.

Room keys on departure:  Please leave the house keys in the key safe.

Lost key or damage to locks:  The cost for replacement of lost keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of € 50,00 for lost keys and € 100,00 for lock replacement to be paid immediately.

Smoking:  Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. This is a strong warning!

Refunds:  There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns fan, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the house owner has no control.

Valuables, security and storage:  The management is not responsible for lost items. Please lock the doors when you leave. Please keep the house secure and lock doors and windows when you leave the property.

Toilets:  No toilet paper, cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage!

Kitchen:  Feel free to use the kitchen but, please, clean the kitchen after using it. !!No rubbish is left in the property. Everything in the kitchen are left clean, as you found them. All washing up is completed!!

The Swimming Pool

  • The pool is at your disposal in the hours established from the complex management.
  • Guests may use the pool on their own risk.
  • No children are allowed near the pool without adult supervision.
  • Keep the pool area neat and clean at all times.
  • Keep noise level at the pool area low as other apartments are situated directly above the pool.
  • Please inform kids not to urinate in the pool water (let the maintenance service keep the pool hygienic for other guest as well).
  • If you’re part of a group stay, try to maintain occupancy time & rate at acceptable levels as the other guests may also want to enjoy the pool. 

Your Liabilities

  • We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.
  • No pets allowed inside.
  • Please keep quiet after 10pm
  • Because we have several guests, we ask you to respect each other concerning cleanliness of the common areas and noise level. If we receive complaints, you will be given a warning. Further complaints are subject to the termination of stay. We reserve the right to end a reservation if a guest becomes a disturbance/nuissance to others including management. Please respect the complex and its occupants.

General incapacity

  • Lanzaroteando Holidays cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevents the house from fulfilling its obligation to guests. However, Lanzaroteando will take necessary steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under these conditions:

        * Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the house;

        * Industrial actions, civil uprising or criminal activity;

        * Fire, frost, flooding, wind or any other force major event.

Environmental Policy

  • The owners of our apartments, houses and villas are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:

        * Switching off lights when not in use;

        * Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use and avoid unnecessary waste of water;

        * Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!;

        * We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass;
