About the Accommodation

The Atico La Deliziosa (penthouse) is located in the Residencial Las Coronas in Costa Teguise.

From the windows of the living room and the terrace there are spectacular views of the sea and the pool. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (queen size) and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, another room with 2 90cm beds and another bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), satellite TV (international channels), high-speed wifi and large private terrace with sun loungers, table for 6 and chairs. In the common area there are 2 very well-maintained swimming pools. There is direct access to the pedestrian promenade that overlooks Playa Bastián (150 meters). The penthouse is wonderful, with everything you need, not a detail is missing. A true "Home away from Home". Perfect location, leaving the Residencial there are bars, pubs, restaurants, taxi and bus stops, supermarkets and the beaches of Costa Teguise. It is not necessary to have the car.

The town of Costa Teguise is located in the center of Lanzarote and has some of the most beautiful beaches recognized by national and international tourism.

Children under 12 years old and pets are not allowed.  Non-smoking (you can smoke only on the terrace).
